Texture Tuesday | Our fun weekend!

This weekend, Scott and I flew down to visit my sister and her family in sunny Florida! We always make every effort to make sure that we see each other every couple of months.  The kids grow and change so quickly, and it is super important for me for Blair and Will to know me/us, even if they do live in southwest Florida.  Family is our priority, and I am still hoping and praying that they will get the opportunity to move back up this way!

This weekend we had a special occasion though for our trip! Well two actually! One was Friday.  Scott and I  celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary! It is hard to believe it has already been 5 years.  I know it is still new and few, but to us, it is exciting! The second thing we got to celebrate was my niece and nephew got baptized at their church in Florida! It was so special being there for it.  We wouldn’t have missed it for the world.  Just one more way that we showed them we are there for them and support them! Take a look at just a few of my sweet family!

But we did end the day with a quick family picture! It was all that we could handle/manage though 

Later that day, after some good long naps, we were able to make a couple of quick pictures! 

Hopefully next month, when the family is up for their visit to Tennessee, we will be able to get more pictures of these fun kiddos!!
