Texture Tuesday | To My love

Dear Scott,

I have been thinking a lot about you, about us with this year being our five year anniversary, us turning 30, and beginning our family.  Thinking of what the last five years have been to be married to you, what the last 10 years have been like sharing my heart with you.  So I have been thinking about why I love you.  It is hard to put in to words, but I am going to try.  The main reason is because you are just you.  We have really “grown up” together since our love started at just 19. So here are some of the reasons why I love you:

I love you because you love me, entirely, without doubts.

I love you because we get to have a slumber party every night.

I love you because you want the best for me.

I love you because you believe in my dreams.

I love you for your patience.

I love you for working hard for our family.

I love you and your zingers.

I love you for making our first house, our home.

I love you for loving my family.

I love you for loving your family.

I love you for letting me cry on your shoulder.

I love you for always being my strength, my rock, my constant.

I love you for loving our son, our son that is the luckiest boy in the world to have you as a father.

I love you for feeling my hurt and hating it.

I love knowing that you will protect me and our family.

I love that are willing to stick up for me, and believe in me, even if sometimes you really shouldn’t.

I love you and your loyalty to me, your family, and your friends.

I love that your heart belongs to God.

I love that you are my best friend.

I love you for making me laugh, everyday.

I love you for making sure WE are a priority.

I really could continue to go on and on.  Because I love you, all of you, for all of these things and so so much more.  I cannot wait to see where our life takes us.  I know our life is a little crazy right now, but our next chapter is about to begin.  And it is going to be amazing!
